Dr. Noze Best, LLC (“Dr. Noze Best”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is providing this Privacy Policy to explain our practices regarding how we collect, use, disclose, and apply the information collected when you use or access our website located at https://www.drnozebest.com/ (collectively, the “Site”). 

By using the Site or interacting with us, you are agreeing to this Privacy Policy. Please read the following carefully to understand how we collect, use, disclose, and maintain information that can be used to identify you (“Personal Data”). In addition, this Privacy Policy describes your choices for use, access, and correction of your Personal Data. If you do not agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy, please stop using the Site.

1.   Changes to this Privacy Policy. We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. In the event that we make changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by revising the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy. If there are significant changes to this Privacy Policy, we will attempt to notify you directly by email or provide information via our home page prior to any such changes becoming effective. 2.   Information We Collect and Receive. 

2.1   Information You Provided to UsWe collect Personal Data that you decide to share with us. At times, we may require you to provide certain information in order to use certain parts of our Site, fulfill your requests, or provide you with certain services. 

2.1.1   Purchasing Our Products. When you place an order sing our Site, we collect some or all of the following information that you provide: name, billing address, shipping address, email address, telephone number, and payment information. We use a third party payment processor to process payments made to us. We do not retain any of your payment information. All payment information is provided directly to our third party processors, either Shopify or PayPal, whose use of your Personal Data is governed by their privacy policy, which may be viewed at https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy and https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/ua/privacy-full.

2.1.2   Surveys. We may contact you to participate in surveys. If you decide to participate, you may be asked to provide certain information which may include Personal Data.

2.1.3    Communicating with Us. We collect Personal Data from you such as email address, phone number, or mailing address when you request information about our Site, register for our newsletter, request customer or technical support, apply for a job or otherwise communicate with us.

2.1.4   Social Media. We may offer forums, blogs, or social media pages, including for you to review your purchases of our products. Any content you provide on these channels will be considered “public” and is not subject to privacy protections.

4.   How We Share and Disclose Information.

4.1   Service Providers. We provide access to or share your Personal Data with select third parties who perform services on our behalf. They have access to perform these services but are prohibited from using your Personal Data for other purposes. They provide a variety of services to us, including, for example, billing, sales, marketing, product content and features, advertising, analytics, research, customer service, data storage, security, fraud prevention, payment processing, and legal services.

4.2   Business Partners. Sometimes we collaborate with other organizations and we may share your Personal Data to jointly offer products and services.

Advertisements on third party websites that contain the AdChoices link may have been directed to you based on information collected by advertising partners over time and across websites. These advertisements provide a mechanism to opt out of the advertising partners’ use of this information for interest-based advertising purposes.

(b)   You have a choice at any time to stop us from sending you emails for marketing purposes by following the “unsubscribe” link included in these messages. Please note that despite any indicated email marketing preferences, we may continue to send you administrative emails regarding Dr. Noze Best, including, for example, notices of updates to our policies or this Privacy Policy if we choose to provide such notices to you in this manner.

(c)   If you do not provide the information that we need to provide the Site, we may not be able to provide with the Site or certain functionalities. We will tell you what Personal Data that you must provide in order to use the Site and related functionalities or services.

(d)   Some browsers offer a “do not track” (DNT) option. Since no common industry or legal standard for DNT has been adopted by industry groups, technology companies, or regulators, we do not respond to DNT signals. We will make reasonable efforts to continue to monitor developments around DNT browser technology and the implementation of a standard.

(b)   Our Site may include publicly accessible blogs, forums, and social media pages. By using such services, you assume the risk that the Personal Data provided by you may be viewed and used by third parties for any number of purposes. In addition, social media buttons such as Facebook and Instagram that might include widgets (such as the “share this” button or other interactive mini-programs) may be on our Site. These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a Cookie to enable the feature to function properly. These social media features are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our website. Your interactions with these features apart from your visit to our Site are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.

11.   Children’s Privacy. The Site is directed to individuals over the age of thirteen (13). We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the age of thirteen (13) (Children).
